Christmas time will be extra holly and jolly for Days of our Lives fans because Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan) and Brant Daugherty (ex-Brian) have paired up for a new Hallmark holiday film.
Lilley took to social media with the news, along with a meme of her and her costar holding a festive sign of the movie title. "You'll never guess the title!" she teased of the cheeky name.
Also starring Lindsay Wagner, Mingle All the Way follows Lilley's Molly, founder of Mingle All the Way, a new networking app designed to pair busy professionals together for upcoming events -- without long-term romance.
Says the film's official logline: "Molly is determined to prove to her family that it is a success. Therefore, she joins the app, and meets another busy professional, Jeff (Daugherty). When Molly and Jeff are matched, they are both horrified to realize they've already had not one, but two, disastrous previous encounters. Nevertheless, they agree to stay matched for all their respective upcoming holiday engagements. As the pair gets closer, perhaps their business arrangement might turn into something more this holiday season."
Lilley took on the character of DAYS' troublemaking Theresa in 2013 and played the character until 2016. She recently made a return as Shane and Kimberly's daughter, much to the delight of her Salem fans. The actress has also kept busy outside of daytime with a variety of films and the upcoming release of her new album, which you can read more about here.
Ohio native Daugherty played DAYS' Brian from 2012 to 2013. His other credits include Pretty Little Liars, Dear White People, Freakish, and Relationship Status.
