Hot on the heels of her return as General Hospital villain Britt Westbourne comes word that actress Kelly Thiebaud has taken on a role at Days of our Lives.

Soap opera fans were ecstatic about Kelly Thiebaud recently returning to the role of General Hospital villain Britt Westbourne, and it turns out viewers may get even more of the fan-favorite performer on their screens -- she is reportedly heading to Days of our Lives, as well.

According to a report by Soaps, Thiebaud has been cast to play the recently created role of Evan's (Brock Kelly) lawyer, Zoey, and will begin making appearances in Salem the week of April 13 -- while simultaneously appearing on GH.

However, fans might not want to get too excited -- Thiebaud won't be sticking around long. A DAYS rep tells Soap Central that Thiebaud was forced to exit DAYS sooner than expected and the show then recast the role of Zoey with Alyshia Ochse (ex-Cassandra, GH).

Most GH fans are extremely familiar with Thiebaud, as she originally took on the character of Port Charles troublemaker Britt back in 2012. But longtime DAYS fans might recognize her, as well: Thiebaud played the role of Alicia on the NBC soap opera back in 2011.

In addition to her soap roles, Thiebaud's credits include Chuck, Castle, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, and TMI Hollywood. She can also currently be seen as Eva Vasquez on the Grey's Anatomy spinoff Station 19.

What do you think about the rumor that Kelly Thiebaud has stepped into the role of DAYS' Zoey? Can you see her fitting in well in the world of Salem?
