Confirmed: Robert Scott Wilson has more DAYS ahead

It's not over until it's over, and there's definitely more storyline ahead for Days of our Lives' Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).

Rumors have been swirling for weeks that Days of our Lives viewers haven't seen the last of Robert Scott Wilson's whacko character, Ben Weston. But is there truly more to come from Abigail's serial killer ex?

Following a jaw-dropping storyline in which Ben was revealed to be Salem's Necktie Killer, Wilson has been coy when it comes to his status with the show. Back in November, he told Soap Central that he's both with the NBC soap and not. "It's a little bit of both," he teased. "Maybe [Ben is] gone and then he's back and then he's gone. Maybe he's just among us. Maybe he's just something that you can't get rid of."

Fans have been dissecting quotes such as that to discern whether or not the actor will reappear in Salem now that Ben has been caught by the police, and the guessing game is finally over. A rep for the show confirms that Wilson will indeed be popping up on the canvas again "soon."

Though it's unclear at this time whether he'll be appearing in flashbacks, in a dream sequence, or as part of actual story, word on the street is that Ben's upcoming material will be some serious can't-miss television.

Be sure to continue tuning in to DAYS to catch Ben's final story arc and to find out how he'll really be exiting Salem.

What do you think is still on the horizon for Ben? Have you been missing him and Wilson in Salem? We want to hear from you -- so drop your comments in the Comments section below, tweet about it on Twitter, share it on Facebook, or chat about it on our Message Boards.
