The incident occurred during a weekend boat trip, where she was joined by her husband, Robert Wagner; her co-star from Brainstorm, Christopher Walken; and the captain, Dennis Davern. Her death in that manner is one of Hollywood's greatest, darkest mysteries and speaks to a career marked by remarkable performances and unforgettable roles.
