Heath Ledger demonstrated his gift as an artist from the time he was young. Dropping out of school early, he went to his home country of Australia and took acting roles in TV programs and low-budget movies. In Hollywood, he acted in Brokeback Mountain and, after coming to international prominence for The Dark Knight, earned himself a posthumous Oscar for his incredible talent and dedication, particularly with the Joker character. It all goes to prove that nature and raw courage will surely make something great.
