Professor X’s death in Logan was one of the most emotional scenes in the film. He was killed by X-24 while resting in a farmhouse after finally feeling at peace for the first time in years. Xavier’s death felt tragic because he had spent his life fighting for mutant rights and guiding younger mutants. In his final moments, he realized how much pain he had caused when he lost control of his powers and this guilt made his death even harder to watch. His loss left Logan completely alone and forced him to confront the reality of his own mortality as he prepared for the final battle.
