The movie - The Butterfly Effect is about a boy who has the power to travel back in time. He actively uses this power to change things in his past, but he doesn’t realize that actions have consequences. Inspired by the butterfly effect hypothesis, that is - when a butterfly flaps its wings in one part of the world, the changes can cause a tornado in another part of the world; this movie draws on how significant every little action is and how chaotic the accumulated result of our actions can be.
