In this scene, Elektra pushes Matt toward a face-off with Roscoe Sweeney, the one behind his father’s death. She instigates him by altering the perspective and framing vengeance as a pursuit of rightful justice. Although Matt is engulfed by the temptations at first, he ultimately holds back from delivering a lethal blow and opting to call in the authorities instead, much to Elektra’s dismay.
