Rachelle Lefevre was surprisingly axed from the movie Twilight: New Moon (2009) when she was performing as Victoria, the evil vampire. She was actually discharged officially for scheduling conflicts on her role in Barney's Version that had been already settled even before New Moon's go-ahead. Still, others assumed that she and the film studio just weren't in sync and possibly the creative direction was way different for the character without her. Lefevre was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard, and although fans were shocked by the move, Lefevre continued to find success in TV and film roles.
