Seamus Finnigan appears to be the king of unintended comedy, ever since his first spell went wrong. He always tries magic, with singed eyebrows or by producing minor explosions, and his shenanigans in The Philosopher's Stone, such as turning water into a burnt goblet, are always a source of comedy.
