12. Seamus Finnigan: The Explosive Comic Relief

Seamus Finnigan appears to be the king of unintended comedy, ever since his first spell went wrong. He always tries magic, with singed eyebrows or by producing minor explosions, and his shenanigans in The Philosopher's Stone, such as turning water into a burnt goblet, are always a source of comedy. By the time of The Deathly Hallows, Seamus is comfortable with his blown-up reputation, joking about his flair for producing explosions. Whether intentional or not, his comic timing provides much-needed levity throughout the series.
