15) Harrison Ford

Harrison Ford is known for his roles as Indiana Jones and Han Solo, but his legendary fitness routine has some of the same legends behind it. Ford has always placed a lot of importance on functional exercises and could often be seen hiking, biking, or doing pilates. Now 81, Ford is true to his record, continuing to keep himself active in physical activity to keep up his strength and flexibility, along with endurance. While not one for extreme workouts, Ford's pragmatic approach to fitness in life shows that fitness well into later years is very possible.
