After all, the premise for Sharknado - a freak hurricane laced with sharks - is just plain not right. The filmmakers failed to address how the sharks are surviving inside the tornado or how the storm would send the sharks plummeting from the sky in the first place. Its ridiculousness is part of what makes the film, and yet at the same time, its illogicality is too great to ignore. While the acting and over-the-top action makes it an entertaining watch, the plot is purely not taken seriously.
