War Horse, by Steven Spielberg, is the epic story of how war could not break the relationship between a young boy, Joey, and his horse, Albert, during World War I. The film tells the story of how Joey traversed all through the war-torn Europe as he met different people whom he affected. In so doing, the breath-taking cinematography and narration in the film highlight that the animals too dare to face situations, even if they are hard on their lives. War Horse is an emotional tribute to animals who have made sacrifices for their countries and a powerful story of hope and determination.
