Incendio spell is used for conjuring fire, and among all the charms a wizard could have, this one would remain one of the most dangerous yet versatile. Harry uses this to light a fire in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Still, the uses to which the spell could be applied range from controlled fire-starts to using it in cases of combat to throw out fierce destructive attacks. In Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, the spell forms an important part of magical destruction, especially as the volatile wizarding confrontation between Grindelwald's followers and those in opposition to him unfolds.
