Probably one of Hollywood's most infamous plastic surgery tales is Jennifer Grey's post-Dirty Dancing nose. Although the surgery was minor, it changed her strong profile, essentially making her almost unrecognizable and stalling her career. Grey has indeed been candid about the unintended outcomes, referring to the condition as "entering witness protection." Still, she acted and recently wrote an autobiography called Out of the Corner, wherein she summarizes her journey toward self-discovery. Grey's Tale is a delicate dance toward too much beauty and losing identity.
