Once the epitome of Hollywood glamour, Mickey Rourke's boxing days heaved an ugly toll on his mug, causing multiple reconstructive surgeries. Some of the procedures held stark, unflattering consequences, including stretched skin and prominent cheek implants. Rourke has always come clean about his regrets, laying blame on poorly trained surgeons for some of the botched work. In later years, he has undergone more surgeries to correct previous work and seems far more self-assured with his looks.
