The Fantastic Four: First Steps is set to hit theaters on July 25, 2025, courtesy of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Prior to that, its world premiere will take place at Los Angeles' Dorothy Chandler Pavilion on July 21, 2025. A second reboot of the namesake film franchise, it is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team. It is planned as the 37th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Ahead of its theatrical release, people are taking to social media to share their reactions to the film. It hints that the film might end the long-running dry spell of Marvel titles. One user has called it a "genre-defining classic."
Early positive reactions to The Fantastic Four: First Steps are out
The initial screenings of The Fantastic Four: First Steps have taken place. Most of the reactions to the film, which marks the start of the MCU's Phase 6, have been positive. One user took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote,
