BTS is reportedly going to hold their biggest tour ever, with more than 65 dates. According to the report by Bloomberg, the group is planning its first full-length tour in years, as well as their first tour since their reunion. BTS had been on a hiatus to allow its members to complete their mandatory military service in the South Korean military. They reunited in July 2025.

In a statement to Bloomberg, Hype Corporation's Big Hit Music, the label of the group, confirmed that a tour was in the planning stages, but nothing else about it has been confirmed so far:

"Details regarding the dates and scale of BTS’ new world tour remain unconfirmed. The dates you mentioned are not the latest number we are discussing."

BTS first announced their plans for a world tour as well as a new album in a Weverse Livestream on July 1, 2025:

"We’ll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started..."

The group continued:

"We’re also planning a world tour alongside the new album. We’ll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you’re as excited as we are."

BTS last went on a tour back in 2022, which was held in South Korea and Las Vegas in the US. The tour was titled the Permission To Dance On Stage tour. The group subsequently went on their aforementioned hiatus in 2023.

BTS members' solo tour activities: A brief overview

Jin released his solo studio album, Echo, on May 16, 2025. In support of the album, he embarked on the solo tour titled 'RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR.' The singer embarked on the tour in June 2025. He is set to conclude the tour with a show at the Incheon Munhak Main Stadium on November 1, 2025.

In a press release, Big Hit Music stated on October 2, 2025, that they had extended Jin's tour in appreciation of the response by fans to the singer's other tour shows:

"We prepared the encore concerts thanks to fan club ARMY's rave reaction. We hope you look forward to a special performance in Incheon. It's bigger than the June Goyang concert, and the artist is making his best efforts to communicate more closely with the audience."

Jungkook has also admitted that he wants to do a solo tour. The singer stated in an interview with Jimmy Fallon on November 7, 2023, that while he wants to do a solo tour, he does not think he has enough songs to do so:

"Of course, I want to do a world tour as a solo artist, but I don’t think I have enough songs for that. So I want to complement them more and make more songs, and maybe when I’m ready, I can do the world tour in full swing."

Other members of BTS, like RM, V, and Jimin have not had any full-length solo tours yet. RM has performed in some solo shows as well as on Suga's first tour in 2023. Jungkook was also part of Suga's tour, alongside fellow group member Jimin.
