The soundtrack is composed by Jerskin Fendrix, who also worked on Lathimos' previous releases, including Kinds of Kindness (2024) and Poor Things (2023). The songs featured in the film are listed below.

Good Luck, Babe by Chappell Roan is the lead single from her upcoming second studio album, which was released in April 2024. The song charted on numerous lists, including number 4 on Billboard Hot 100, Consequence's 100 Best Songs of 2024, Stereogum's The 50 Best Songs of 2024, among many others. Additionally, it was nominated for a range of awards, including MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Grammy Awards, and more, and also won a BRIT Award for International Song of the Year.

Basket Case by Green Day is probably one of the best songs featured on Bugonia's soundtrack. It also has a place on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" list. The song connects with people who suffer from anxiety, and Billie Joe Armstrong, who wrote the song, expressed his feelings while writing the track, stating,

"The only way I could know what the hell was going on was to write a song about it."

Where Have All The Flowers Gone by Marlene Dietrich has seen many versions of it coming out throughout the years. Pete Seeger wrote the song, for which he was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. An interesting fact about this song is that it was published in pieces. Initially, Seeger published the first three verses in Sing Out! magazine, and later verses were added by Joe Hickerson. Lyrically, the song is inspired by Koloda-Duda, the traditional Cossack folk song sung in an Irish melody.
