Burna Boy released his new studio album, No Sign of Weakness, on July 11, 2025. The singer talked about the album in an exclusive interview with AP News on July 9, 2025, stating:

"No Sign of Weakness’ is really like a celebration of the fact that that I’m still here throughout all these years and all the trials and tribulations. I decided to intentionally make sure everyone on this project could comfortably and genuinely say they’re a rock star."

In another interview with BBC 1Xtra’s Remi Burgz, the singer talked about how the album was supposed to be more than 16 tracks originally and how it could have turned out differently:

"That was supposed to be more but I had to cut it down... Man, I had to switch up a lot of things. Sometime, a lot of times because it's like there's so many songs I was supposed to be on when I was so many supposed to be like a like a 40 song."

No Sign of Weakness is Burna Boy's eighth studio album. The album features guest appearances by Stromae and Shabooze, along with Mick Jagger and Travis Scott.
