It is about an executive who is on a business trip in France that takes an unexpected turn for her. According to its synopsis (via IMDb):
"An executive travels to France to secure the acquisition of a renowned champagne brand before Christmas, but her plans are upended when she falls into a whirlwind romance with a charming Parisian - only to discover he's the founder's son."
As of this writing, it doesn't have enough scores to get a rating on the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes. However, it does hold a 6.2 rating on IMDb and is rising slowly in popularity.

In Champagne Problems, the white terrier dog is called Bulles and is a part of the family of Sydney Price (Kelly). However, in reality, the dog's name is Maguy. He is also the one accompanying Sydney on her trip, where she is about to fall in love with someone. He is a nine-year-old dog and comes from a training company called Equipe Pittavino Leloup, which trains a lot of dogs so they can appear on screen.
This little white terrier in Champagne Problems is just the latest addition to their long list. According to their official website, Equipe Pittavino Leloup has been training dogs for such purposes since 1987, and trainers there have been involved in over 500 films to this date.
What happens in Champagne Problems?
Minka Kelly's Sydney is at the center of the story, who is currently an associate of The Roth Group. She has impressed her boss and got approval to acquire this champagne company located in Paris. She visits there for the usual business trip, but meets with Henri (Wozniczka).
Later, she learns that he is also the son of the owner of this company she has come to acquire for The Roth Group. However, he isn't really an executive of his dad's company, which, interestingly, makes him good company, and that is what draws Sydney towards him. She meets him in a bookstore she is visiting because she has made her sister a promise to take at least a day off work to see the beauty of Paris.
