Brooke Hogan doesn't seem worried after the announcement that she has been left out of Hulk Hogan's $5 million estate. According to the 37-year-old American TV personality and singer, that is what she requested, and she wasn't surprised to be left out.
On Tuesday, Hulk Hogan’s son Nick officially filed court documents revealing the late wrestler's nearly $5 million estate and requesting to be a co-representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy, who, according to TMZ, was Hogan’s long-time financial advisor.
According to US Weekly, Hulk Hogan left behind:
“$200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, and in addition to his right to publicity, worth $4 million and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.”
The court signed off on the request, and unfortunately, Brooke Hogan is not a beneficiary. Talking to TMZ after this legal filing, Brooke emphasized that she has always supported herself without her father’s input, and his money never mattered.
“His decision is no surprise to me. It's what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I'm a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time,” she said as per TMZ.

Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24, 2025, at his Florida home. According to reports, he died following a heart attack at age 77. Two days after his passing, the late WWE icon’s son Nick shared an emotional tribute on his official Instagram.
“Hearing so many kind words and stories about my dad’s life, interactions and experiences with everyone has been incredible and comforting. My dad was the most incredible person I’ve ever known and will always be my hero. He was the most kind, loving and amazing father anybody could ask for. I feel so blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world.”
He continued:
“He was not only the best dad but also my mentor and my best friend. He always has been my best friend and I love him and miss him more than I could ever explain.”
Hogan’s estranged daughter, Brooke Hogan, also wrote a lengthy, heartfelt message on her Instagram.
“My dad’s blood runs through my veins. His eyes shine through my children. And our bond has never broken, not even in his final moments,” Brooke Hogan wrote.
“We had a connection deeper than words, one that spanned lifetimes. I am so grateful that I knew the real version of him. Not just the one the world viewed through a carefully curated lens. We shared a quiet, sacred bond, one that could be seen and felt by anyone who witnessed us together.”
