The final trailer for Osgood Perkins' latest nightmare, Keeper, has been released. Just as with the previous teasers and trailers from NEON for the film, the element of horror is at its maximum, whereas nothing more than the basic information has been released about the film itself.

Set to hit the theaters on November 14, 2025, the final trailer features a host of pull quotes from the likes of Guillermo del Toro, Bong Joon Ho, Hideo Kojima, and Fede Alvarez.

Not a lot has been revealed about the film's gory details, but here's everything we do know.

Osgood Perkins' latest horror, Keeper, reveals the final trailer ahead of release

When it comes to horror, Osgood Perkins somehow manages to hit all the right notes. The latest and final trailer for Perkins' latest horror trip was recently released, referred to as 'a terrifying descent into madness' by James Wan (The Conjuring, Insidious, Saw).

A common trait observed in most of Perkins' recent films (Longlegs, The Monkey) is that the teasers and trailers released ahead of the film provide very little information about the movie, keeping the mystery around the horror intact. The film is kept a complete mystery ahead of its release, and such is the case for Keeper.

The only information we have about the film is that it follows a couple as they choose a secluded cabin as their weekend getaway for their anniversary celebration. However, when Malcolm (played by Rossif Sutherland from Possessor) has to leave for the city suddenly, his wife, Liz (played by Tatiana Maslany from Orphan Black and She-Hulk), is forced to stay at the cabin alone. In isolation, Maslany's Liz finds herself facing unbearable and unspeakable horrors and evil.

The Keeper trailer features a lot of horror jump shots featuring an individual with plastic over their head, likely suffocating themselves, secrets hidden in the darkness, masked figures shouting, and a lot of blood. Apart from these jump shots, we also find Liz breaking down and begging to be done with whatever has been happening and to be able to go back to 'before'. Exactly what is being referred to by 'before' and who she is begging, we have no idea:

"Let's go back. Can we do that? We can just do that. We didn't know. We didn't know any of this."

While she's clearly scared to her core, unable to speak, and inconsolable, we understand the pull quote for Keeper:

"Tatiana Maslany is a gripping guide through a deeply unnerving nightmare" - Bloody Disgusting

The only comment we have on Keeper is from the filmmaker himself:

"Ultimately, it centers on the duality that is both the fear and desire of being known and knowing. These notions of unease around the people in our lives, the people we are intimate with, is the framework of this movie."

We'll have to wait until November 14 to find out exactly what is happening in Keeper, but knowing the filmmaker, it will be something truly horrific, to say the least.
