The Devil Wears Prada 2 finally released its teaser trailer, and it's everything and more that fans have been praying for from the iconic film's sequel. Starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, the teaser trailer brings the legacy film back to life in a mere minute. Without showing much footage, the teaser trailer has us excited for the film's release.
Along with Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep, the rest of the gang, as in Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt, are also returning for the sequel film as Emily and Nigel. The cast will be joined by returning director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna.

In classic Miranda Priestly fashion, Meryl Streep struts into the lift, and the doors close, just for a hand to stop the gate from closing. It's none other than Anne Hathaway's Andy Sachs, but she's no longer a bumbling intern this time around. Andy walks in, and Miranda tells her:

Slated for a May 1, 2026, release, The Devil Wears Prada 2 is reportedly set to follow Miranda Priestly as she struggles against a former assistant turned rival executive, Emily Charlton, played by Emily Blunt. Their competition takes place in the wake of a dying print media industry, as Miranda also finds herself closer to retirement.

Apart from Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Tracie Thomas, and Tibor Feldman are also set to reprise their roles for The Devil Wears Prada 2. The actors reprising their roles will be joined by a new set of characters, including Simone Ashley, Kenneth Branagh, Justin Theroux, Patrick Brammall, Lucy Liu, Helen J. Shen, Caleb Hearon, B.J. Novak, and Pauline Chalamet.
