The official trailer for Brett Goldstein and Imogen Poots' upcoming romantic sci-fi film, All of You, has been made available on Apple TV+. The screenplay was co-written by Goldstein and director William Bridges, who is most remembered for playing Roy Kent in Ted Lasso. Love, friendship, and the decisions people make when faced with fate are the main themes of the movie.

Simon (Goldstein) and Laura (Poots), who have been good friends since college, are at the center of the story. A new "soulmate test" that is becoming more and more popular puts their love to the test. The test claims to pinpoint a person's precise match.

Simon is apprehensive and dismisses the idea, but Laura decides to go ahead and meets her purported soulmate, and this decision sets them apart, despite the fact that they both have unspoken feelings. Their paths intersect many times over the course of the following twelve years as they navigate personal crises, weddings, and children. As Laura ponders whether Simon was always meant to be her soulmate, the teaser shows a somber journey.

Prior to its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2024, All of You was exhibited at the BFI London Film Festival.

Here, early reviewers have commended Goldstein's emotional depth and easy connection with Poots. As of now, the film has a new Rotten Tomatoes rating of more than 80%. Many people believe it expertly balances comedy with tragedy to create a lasting impression, even if it is not your conventional happily ever after.

Goldstein sees this endeavor as a continuation of his strong partnership with Apple. He has previously won two Emmys for Ted Lasso and co-created the Apple TV+ comedy Shrinking with Bill Lawrence and Jason Segel. Goldstein, known for his comedic and dramatic abilities, plays a more emotional character in All of You, revealing a new side to his acting.

Jenna Coleman, Steven Cree, and Zawe Ashton are also part of the cast, and in this unique film, which he and Goldstein planned for over ten years, director William Bridges makes his first appearance. It began as a short film and has now expanded into a full-length motion picture produced by Ryder Picture Company and MRC.
