“Only Liverpool”- Fans disappointed over Foo Fighters’ 2026 Europe tour dates announcement

Foo Fighters are bringing a new tour to Europe in 2026. They are bringing two shows to the UK city of Liverpool, as well as some other shows in Madrid, Warsaw, and more.

Fans were a bit disappointed by the announced dates, particularly for UK shows, which are only in Liverpool. Fans quickly took to social media to express their disappointment, as exemplified by the tweets below:

"Only Liverpool."
"UK" meaning England." one netizen stated.
"Let me correct that for you EU AND LIVERPOOL are you ready?" another netizen stated.
"We had promised to take our kids to their first Foos gig, but no way we can go all the way from Kent to Liverpool. Gutted." one fan expressed their disapppointment.
"No London no midland no wales no Scotland???? Are you mad, also you’ve picked the worst ground in the country to park or get hotels for." another fan said.
"The foo fighters uk and eu tour doesnt come to london or Amsterdam what the f**k." One commenter stated.

  • June 25, 2026 – Liverpool, UK at Anfield Stadium
  • June 27, 2026 – Liverpool, UK at Anfield Stadium
  • July 1, 2026 – Berlin, Germany, at Olympiastadion
  • July 3, 2026 – Vienna, Austria, at Ernst-Happel-Stadium
  • July 5, 2026 – Milan, Italy, at I‑Days
  • July 8, 2026 – Madrid, Spain, at Mad Cool Festival
  • July 10, 2026 – Oeiras, Portugal, at NOS Alive Festival

Foo Fighters are bringing along several opening acts on their upcoming tour. The band has lined up the Australian group Royel Otis as one of the acts, alongside British band IDLES and Irish rock group Inhaler. There is also the Japanese punk band Otoboke Beaver, the English band Fat Dog, and the fellow American band Die Spitz.

Foo Fighters are touring with a new drummer. The band's long-time drummer, Taylor Hawkins, passed away in 2022. He was replaced by Josh Freese initially in 2023. However, Freese left the band in 2025 and was replaced by Ilan Rubin.
