Camila Cabello is now reported to have joined the cast of the film, "Cut Off." According to Deadline, the Grammy-nominated singer has joined the Jonah Hill-directed movie alongside Langston Kerman. Both of them are set to star in the film with Kristen Wiig and Hill. Not much is known about Camila Cabello's role in the film, but it is confirmed to be a comedy-drama that follows two adult siblings played by Hill and Wiig, who are "cut off" from their wealthy parents. The role of the parents are to be played by Nathan Lane and Oscar-nominated actress Bette Midler.

Camila Cabello, whose real name is Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao was born in Benito Juárez, Mexico City, on March 3, 1997. According to Pop Sugar, she and her family later moved to Havana, Cuba, where she lived until she was seven years old. After relocating to the US, Cabello grew up in Florida. Later she auditioned as a solo contestant for The X Factor at just fifteen years old. She rose to fame as a member of Fifth Harmony and remained with the band until her departure in 2016.
Since then Cabello has released her own music and has also recently starred in several films, that include "Cinderella" in 2021.
