The official trailer for Sony Pictures Animation's next animated action-comedy, KPop Demon Hunters has been made available on Netflix. The film, which is scheduled for release on June 20, 2025, boldly and creatively combines the worlds of supernatural adventure with K-pop.

The narrative, directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans, centers on three well-known K-pop artists, Zoey, Mira, and Rumi, who covertly hunt demons when they're not performing.

The teaser provides a first glimpse of the film's lively style. This mainly features brilliant colors, fast-paced action, and fluid choreography. The combination of music and monster combat gives the animation a new, energetic tone. Each scene is full of movement, clearly influenced by the rhythm and energy of live K-pop concerts.

In addition to the eye-catching cinematography, it incorporates original songs performed by TWICE members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung, giving the picture a true musical edge. Arden Cho, Ahn Hyo-seop, Ji-young Yoo, Daniel Dae Kim, and Ken Jeong, among others, provide great performances for a diverse array of characters.

With its unique mix of pop culture, fantasy, and humor, the film aims to stand out in Netflix’s summer lineup.
