Douglas Malo, recognized as “the pink hair guy,” is a fellow wrestler who stepped in when Raja Jackson reportedly assaulted Syko Stu during a recent KnokX Pro Wrestling event, revealed his condition.

During his appearance on the Scaling Up Podcast, he said that Stu was in extremely bad shape, adding that,

“He choked on his own blood and teeth.”

When Malo intervened, he eventually stopped assaulting him, and Syko Stu was immediately rushed to the hospital. The attack, which took place during the wrestling match, was live-streamed in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 23, 2025, according to USA Today.

Recently, Syko Stu’s brother provided a health update on his current condition.

How is Skyo Stu’s present condition after he was hospitalized during KnokX Pro Wrestling event?

Syko Stu, whose real name is Stuart Smith, is currently stable but remains in critical care following the brutal attack at the KnokX Pro Wrestling event.

According to his brother, Andrew Smith, he took to Facebook to share the update on the health of Stu. He wrote:

“Thank you everyone for your prayers, concerns, and kind words for my brother Stu. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. He’s currently stable but in critical care. At this time we’re focused on his recovery and appreciate all the support. Also we currently do not a Gofundme set up, any links posted are not affiliated with us.”

The attack on Syko Stu took place on August 23, 2025, during a wrestling match, where minors were also present. Smith was punched multiple times by Raja Jackson, who is the son of former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. The incident was captured on a live streaming platform, Kick.

After the incident, Raja’s father took to X to clear the air about his son. In a post shared on August 24, 2025, he said:

“I want to clear up the misinformation about my son Raja. I’ve been confirmed that the wrestler ( Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told that he could get his “payback”in the ring, I thought it was apart of the show.”

He added:

“It was bad judgement, and a work that went wrong. Raja is a MMA fighter not a pro wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL!”

He concluded by adding:

“He suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact. As a father, im deeply concerned with his health AND the well being of Mr. Smith. That being said I’m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery. I apologize on his behalf and to KICK for the situation.”

A report in CBS Sports stated that Rampage Jackson said that the promotion organizers told his son to punch Smith. However, KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy has denied the statement.
