According to Page Six, the couple and their two children went trick-or-treating this year around their home in Santa Barbara, California.Meghan Markle and Prince Harry did not go over the top with their outfits this year. Meghan's costume was a butterfly. She wore a black top and black sweatpants, adding a colorful butterfly cape to resemble its wings.
