The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) recently burdened us with a glorious cast (that includes Tom Hiddleston), and if we go by the subtle teases by Robert Downey Jr. and Marvel, that's half the crew coming in together for Avengers: Doomsday against a new evil disguised under a familiar face.
It's a tough call who might be the rest of the members; I don't know if there will be any more. That's already one crowded Marvel shop. But if there is room for more, I was thinking of seeing the funny Symbiote in there. Now that Venom became a part of the MCU for a brief moment during No Way Home's end credits, that gives me some hope for it. Tom Holland is likely to see the light of day in Doomsday, if not, I am pretty sure he will end up in Secret Wars.
And Spider-Man is the most connected character Venom has clung to in Marvel, so I think bringing the Symbiote via him wouldn't give the fans that much surprise in theaters. What I think is strange, I mean literally, it's Dr. Strange who should introduce him to this universe that's been expanding by leaps and bounds.
For a Venom, we need a Poison

Now the creators may choose to bring the Symbiote into the game later when all the Avengers have dealt with Doctor Doom, but there's one story that could become an inspiration for its early introduction, perhaps in Avengers: Doomsday, where Doctor Strange uses Venom(s) against Doctor Doom, a Poisoned Doctor Doom, to be precise.
In Venomverse, our titular antihero learns of Poisons, some extraterrestrials who can assimilate Symbiotes and their hosts to come out as a better version of themselves. To cut the Poison, Strange recruits Venoms from the multiverse to fight a Poisoned Doom. Oh, and he himself gets Venomized there alongside other superheroes.
There it goes. This would need a reconsideration for the entire Doomsday story, which is likely more about incursions and Doom thinking of himself as some kind of savior of the worlds.
But it doesn't only have a Poisoned Doom but a Poisoned Captain America too. And rumors are, Chris Evans is joining Doomsday in an undisclosed role. So what if we aren't getting Captain Hydra?
Anyway, even if Strange won't invite Symbiotes to stand against Doom, I will just remind myself that it was only he who left a piece of the Symbiote in 2021.
There are more ways (or heroes) to pull the funny anti-hero in

Doctor Strange is my top choice for bringing the Symbiote, partly because the sight of a 'Symbiote Supreme' is, well, funny. Strange and Venom had given me some of the best responses one can use in their daily conversations and mock a friend, should one choose to (I would).
However, the Symbiotes have fused with other characters who are actually going to be in the Avengers: Doomsday lineup. Three of them are the Fantastic Four members. All of them are males. Sue Storm was saved.
There's another family hit by it, the Odinson family. Okay, it was just Thor and Loki. But I would recommend the reckless Symbiote go after the former in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as I have made my choice to see the latter become Avenger Prime. God in Black and Avenger Prime, hmm... sounds interesting now.
