On a new episode of 'The Kardashians,' Kris Jenner discusses her facial surgeries and what remains the only real part of it.

After going through yet another facelift by Dr. Steven Levine on her 70th birthday, the momager joked about how her nose is "probably the only thing on my face that's real." While talking to her daughter, Kim, who tried to one-up her by saying she "never had a veneer, baby," referencing the tooth surgery craze a few years back.
However, though the pair were joking around, Kris has a very particular and personal outlook on aging. In a cover interview for Vogue Arabia, she stated,
“I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."
Kris Jenner further told the outlet,
"Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version. Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful."
She added, "Of course, my daughter Kylie went with me, while Kim was present at all times on FaceTime." Noting how her family is supportive of these decisions.
Kris Jenner's recent face enhancement was a type of refreshed appearance she underwent right before she stepped out in Paris for Lauren Sánchez Bezos' bachelorette party in May, while the surgery itself took place in New York. Over the years, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family has opened up more and more about her surgeries. In 2018, Kris Jenner underwent an earlobe reduction, which was shown during an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In 2019, she finally admitted that she had been getting Botox for a long time.
