As Marty Supreme moves towards the end, Marty makes a comeback from abroad. His uncle gets Marty arrested so that he can work in his shoe store. Marty flees and reaches the store where Rachel (Odessa A'zion) works. She is visibly pregnant with an eight-month-old baby. Rachel claims she's been trying to contact him. Marty says it's not his child and leaves after her husband, Ira (Emory Cohen), calls the police.

In the hotel, his tub falls on a criminal named Ezra and his pet dog. Ezra pays him money to take the dog to the vet, where the latter escapes. Rachel meets with Marty, and she has a black eye. She says Ira had hit her. Later, he realizes that the black eye is actually makeup. Marty sends her back to Ira.

Meanwhile, at the rural house, Ezra and Moses die in a shootout. Rachel is also shot by a bullet. Marty takes Ezra's money and gives it to Rachel in the hospital. Marty apologizes to Ram Sethi at the Tokyo exhibition and is given a chance as a final challenger to Endo.

Marty loses his first competitive match and has to kiss a pig, which they had agreed upon. He then asks everyone to give him a real match. Marty manages to get a point for winning the game. He manages to beat Endo and gets three consecutive wins. Marty is happy with this win.

After the match, he makes a call to the hospital, where the staff tells him that Rachel gave birth a month ago. He takes a flight to reach her. Marty sees Rachel and their baby together. This makes him emotional, and he starts crying. His look provides a hint that he plans to raise the baby with Rachel.

This shows that Marty is now willing to take responsibility. He is also fighting for honor and not just fame and money. But the baby looks like Ira, and only time will tell what his reaction will be in the future. Thus, Marty Supreme ends with Marty maturing in life.
