Predator: Killer of Killers was released on June 6, 2025, on Hulu. The animated sci-fi anthology film is the directorial work of Dan Trachtenberg, who has also written the story with Micho Robert Rutare. The screenplay is by Rutare. Here's the official synopsis:
Three of the fiercest warriors in human history become prey to the ultimate killer of killers.
Predator: Killer of Killers features Michael Biehn, who played an important leading role in James Cameron's 1984 science fiction action film The Terminator. He joins a select group of actors, including Bill Paxton and Lance Henriksen, who have made appearances in films from the Alien, Predator, and Terminator franchises. Let us find out more.
Michael Biehn has joined a sci-fi club with Predator: Killer of Killers
Michael Biehn appears in the last segment of Predator: Killer of Killers. He has lent his voice for Vandy, who is Torres' commanding officer. The actor has a history of portraying soldiers in science fiction space. His appearance in Killer of Killers places him in an elite club as one of the few actors to take part in all three franchises: Predator, Terminator, and Alien. Biehn has acted in James Cameron's The Terminator and Aliens. Michael Biehn's characters, Kyle Reese and Dwayne Hicks, respectively, are killed by the films' antagonists.
Biehn is the only third actor to achieve this feat, the other two being Bill Paxton and Lance Henriksen. With all these roles, Biehn has become an important name in the sci-fi realm. Trachtenberg spoke to Bloody Disgusting about bringing Biehn into the mix.
“Now nothing thrills me more about the whole movie than that because of what we’ve done, Michael Biehn has faced off against the Terminator and a Xenomorph and now finally a Predator. It’s the greatest thing.”
Joshua Wassung, the co-director, added:
“It’s pretty awesome for him to join that rare club of being in each of the famous, iconic franchises that we all know and love. That was just really rad. I got to meet him in the sound recording, and it was definitely a very full circle moment for us all.”
Predator: Killer of Killers is produced by John Davis, Dan Trachtenberg, Marc Toberoff and Ben Rosenblatt. The film has three stories that take place in different eras and feature the Predator alien in some form. Here is a list of its cast members:
- Lindsay LaVanchy as Ursa
- Rick Gonzalez as Torres
- Louis Ozawa as Kenji and Kiyoshi Kamakami
- Damien Haas as Anders
- Lauren Holt as Freya
- Britton Watkins as Warlord Predator
- Felix Solis as father of Torres
- Jeff Leach as Ivar
- Doug Cockle as Einar

Predator: Killer of Killers is the eighth entry in the Predator franchise. Prey, its prior installment, was also directed by Trachtenberg. The film was released on June 6, 2025, and received a positive critical response (holding a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes). The franchise began in the 1980s as an action film and has since gone through multiple installments and even a crossover title called Alien vs. Predator. It will continue to grow as Trachtenberg is also directing the forthcoming film Predator: Badlands, which will release on November 7, 2025.
