Chuck Norris and his ex-wife, Dianne Holechek, shared two children, Mike and Eric Norris. Dianne has passed away at 84. Mike Norris confirmed the news to TMZ and revealed that Dianne passed away peacefully at her home in Texas after a long battle with dementia.

"We are thankful she is no longer suffering. She was the best, the greatest mom. We were so lucky to have her."

Holechek and Chuck Norris met in the late '50s when they both attended North High School in Torrance. By the time the two turned 18 and 17, they decided to tie the knot and got married in 1958.

More about Chuck Norris and Diane Holechek's marriage

Diane Holechek and Chuck Norris tied the knot long before Norris gained attention as a martial arts icon and actor. Diane was known for standing by Norris throughout his Hollywood career. She often stayed out of the limelight and focused on family and building a stable home.

Despite being high-school sweethearts, the two decided to part ways and finalized their divorce in 1988 after 30 years of marriage. While they were together, Chuck Norris was unfaithful and fathered a daughter in the early 1960s when he was serving in the United States Air Force.

After their divorce, Diane disappeared from the limelight. Their kids followed Norris' career, and Mike Norris secured a minor role in Chuck's 1979 film A Force of One. He also appeared in a few episodes of Walker, Texas Ranger.

Mike transitioned to more stunt-focused roles later and showed his talent in films including Rush Hour 3.

Their other child, Eric, also pursued a career focused on stunts. Eric has more than 100 stunt credits and has appeared in projects like The Town, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Sons of Anarchy. Eric is also an accomplished race car driver and has participated in over 80 events. After splitting from Diane Holechek in 1988, Chuck went on to marry Gena O'Kelley in 1998.

Norris welcomed twin children with Gena, Danilee, and Dakota. Danilee and Dakota have also pursued martial arts. The two attended eight years of dedicated training and gained their second-degree black belts in 2015.

It is unclear if Diane Holechek went on to remarry after her divorce from Norris, since Diane chose to disappear from the public light. Diane is survived by her two sons and seven grandchildren. Norris is yet to comment on the death.
