Singer, songwriter, Post Malone had a fall while attempting a backflip during a recent livestream with popular Twitch streamer xQc. Malone hopped onto a swivel chair while telling viewers:

"This is just an attempt."

Malone tried to establish his balance while standing on the chair before he flew backwards and landed on the ground. However, the singer dealt with the fall with grace, and laughed and said,

"It was alright. I actually hurt my wrist."

Fortunately, Malone did not suffer any injuries and was able to stand up after the fall. This is not the first time Malone has suffered a fall. During a December 8 concert in Guwahati, India, Malone was heading closer to the crowd when he slipped on a set of stage steps and landed awkwardly. The singer got up and continued his set. In June, during a concert in Orlando, the singer slipped and landed on his tailbone.

More about Post Malone's future projects

Post Malone spent the vast majority of 2025 on the road alongside his friend and Losers collaborator, Jelly Roll, as part of their Big A** Stadium Tour. During their tour, Post and Jelly Roll featured at concerts across France, Germany, Portugal, the UK, Spain, and more. This comes after Malone released his first-ever country album, F-1Trillion, in the summer of 2024.

In his recent four-hour Twitch livestream, Malone revealed that he will be dropping two new albums in 2026.

"Chances are, chat, we are getting two albums in 2026. If everything goes my way."

In an interview with Billboard earlier this month, the singer revealed that he is "100%" releasing new music,

"We've been working very, very diligently on new music. And we have 45 songs. It's just a matter of finishing said songs. And the schedule has been so very busy. So we're working and working, but there will be new music by then"

It's also not clear what type of music Malone will explore in his new album. Malone has been established in country music and hasn't mentioned if he has plans to return to the hip-hop scene.

Malone is also set to perform during Super Bowl LX weekend in February, and host Bud Light Parents: Post Malone & Buddies, in Fort Mason Center for Art & Culture in San Francisco on February 6. He is also working on his debut fashion line, Austin Post Apparel.
