Kat Timpf has been married to Cameron Friscia since May 1, 2021. The Fox News host and panellist returned to the late-night comedy show Gutfeld! With a health announcement on June 16. Timpf has been absent from the show since she gave birth in February, and was diagnosed with breast cancer just hours before going into labour.
Timpf married Friscia in a small and intimate wedding ceremony in May 2021. Friscia is a former Army Ranger who served military time in Afghanistan. As per his LinkedIn page, he has a master's degree from Indiana University and is currently an investment banker. The two first met on a celeb-dating app, Raya.
After being welcomed to the panel by host Greg Gutfeld, Kat Timpf gave updates on her cancer diagnosis, saying,
"I did cut my tits off. So I am boob-free. I am cancer-free as well. They got everything. So I'm very excited about it. It was a hard thing to go through, and it still is."
Timpf continued that she still has reconstructive surgeries ahead, and,
"Tough thing to go through, easy decision to make because I didn't want to risk my life over a couple of 32As."
While talking about her newborn baby, Timpf said that she "loves being a mom."
More about Kat Timpf's cancer diagnosis
On February 25, Kat Timpf took to social media to announce news of a stage zero breast cancer diagnosis hours before giving birth to her first child with Cameron Friscia. In a post shared to Instagram and X, Kat revealed
"Last week, I welcomed my first child into the world. About fifteen hours before I went into labor, I was diagnosed with breast cancer."
She was told that she would require "a double mastectomy as soon as possible."
After undergoing surgeries, Timpf took to social media on March 20 to share an update on the diagnosis. In a social media post, Timpf can be seen resting in a bed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Josie Robertson Surgery Center in New York City. Post surgery, she shared a snap of the bottom of her hospital gown, and joked in the caption,
"Post-op! They're honestly not much smaller than they were before I got pregnant.
Earlier on March 14, the comedian had revealed her plans post childbirth, announcing plans for her surgeries. Timpf said that she is to get a double mastectomy, get breast reconstruction surgery, and "get rid" of her cancer, once she recovers from childbirth and her mole removal scars heal.
