Did Roc Nation and Megan Thee Stallion serve Adin Ross deposition papers with a mariachi band? Streamer recounts details

In a recent Kick stream with DJ Akademiks, Adin Ross said that Megan Thee Stallion and Roc Nation's lawyers attempted to subpoena him by sending a mariachi band to his address and trying to get him to come outside the house.

Ross said that initially, he dismissed it and viewed it as a prank, but later, security informed him about the call.

"Listen to what the lawyers did. They called a mariachi to my house. They called a mariachi, like a Mexican band, to perform outside my house (...) to make me want to come outside so they can serve the paper."

He then added,

"My lawyer is like, 'Adin, just tell them to contact me.' So me and my lawyer are hopping on a call tomorrow to figure out when I'm going to do the deposition, and I'm going to ask if I can stream it."

Ross provided proof of surveillance footage in which the mariachi players can be seen performing outside.

Adin Ross's involvement in Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez's legal battle explored

While Adin Ross is not being directly sued by Megan or Roc Nation, he is a vocal supporter of Tory Lanez and believes that the Canadian rapper is innocent and should be freed. Lanez is currently serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet in July 2020 after an argument following a party they were coming from.

As per a video shared on X, Adin, in a livestream, alleged that the artist had lied about the shooting,

"Free motherf***king Tory Lanez. And I will always stay with this statement - I don't give a f**k where I'm at in life. Free Tory Lanez. (Megan) got caught lying. She got caught lying in 4k. She said they weren't having s**, then said they f**ked a few times. She's never even shown her foot."

Adin Ross also asked Megan to "show the injury" and claimed that Megan's foot injuries were from her "stepping on glass." Ross added that while Tony had "no evidence" to back up his claims, he "promises" that he didn't shoot Stallion.

According to Complex, Akademiks had also been subpoenaed as a witness. While Adin Ross referred to the mariachi band incident as a “tactic,” Akademiks described the alleged stunt as “harassment” and claimed that Megan and Roc Nation’s legal team want him to be deposed again.

Neither Megan nor Roc Nation has addressed the claims or the alleged incident.
