Irv Gotti has suffered another stroke after battling health problems recently. However, his old nemesis, 50 Cent, has no remorse. Cent, in an Instagram post on February 4, posted a screenshot headlining Gotti's recent stroke, which read; Irv Gotti on life support, friends and family saying their goodbyes." In the caption, the TV and movie mogul said
"Damn I wanted him to see my new shows yo!"
Users were quick to react to 50 Cent's comments by commenting on his Instagram post. Netizens showed displeasure with the music mogul's allegedly insensitive comment.

The American record producer suffered a stroke earlier in 2024 due to his battle with diabetes. A rep for Gotti confirmed to TMZ in 2024 that
"Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago. He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He's been succesful in making a full recovery."
More about 50 Cent and Irv Gotti's alleged beef
50 Cent and Irv Gotti have been allegedly beefing for over two decades. In 1999, Ja Rule was robbed by one of 50 Cent's associates in Southside Jamaica, Queens. At the time, Ja was the flagship artist on Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. label. The two have been locking heads ever since, with 50 threatening to slap Irv in 2017.
Cent wasn't exactly empathetic when Gotti suffered his first stroke amidst his battle against Diabetes in 2024. In August 2024, 50 posted a photo of Gotti walking with a cane, taken from Wack 100's Instagram post, which had a caption saying, "Pray for @irvgotti187."
In the caption of his post, 50 said,
"Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you? I want Irv to get well, so he can have to watch my next wave LOL."
Gotti opened up about suffering from diabetes during an appearance on N.O.R.E and DJ EFN's Drink Champs in 2023, where he noted that diabetes is "rampant with black people." Gotti noted that he had been diagnosed with diabetes "forever," and it was hereditary.
