The singer has been vocal about his mother's ailing health in recent months, though her exact age at the time of her demise remains unclear.

As reported by Baller Alert, Al B. Sure has been drawing attention to his mother's battle with cancer by shedding light on her hospice journey on social media. In a recent emotional tribute to her, he documented what he thought would be their “final Mother’s Day together."

In his tribute on Instagram, he further penned:

"A very humble thank you to all Moms around the globe who are going through their own health crisis and the prayer warriors that held worship services, reached out with the love, prayers and well wishes. A special acknowledgment to Mom B!’s church saints that truly loved the Lord like She does, and to those of you who were a part of her VIP MomDukes.club 🙏🏽"

In an April 19 post, Al B. Sure Jr., born Albert Joseph Brown IV, reflected on:

His mother's "selflessness" and "unwavering example of strength and fortitude she’s exhibited my entire lifetime."

He thanked her for equipping him with the ability to discern.

"I’m extremely grateful that she’s also shared her gene called an “Elevated Spirit of Discernment” to identify fake individuals with #AntiSocialPersonalityDisorder who’ve smiled in my face and ratchet intentions. It’s almost unfair after awakening from the coma and back to this realm how simple it is to identify you. The power of a mother’s prayers produces miracles in many ways," he penned.

In the wake of her demise, Reverend AI Sharpton also took to Facebook to offer his condolences to his "little brother," adding:

"Ms. Cassandra Brown was the light of his life, who raised a determined man in all walks of his life." He also acknowledged that it was his mother that Al B Sure worked so hard for, noting that she "will be dearly missed."

AI B Sure has yet to reveal further details including when and where she will be laid to rest.
