Former TV personality Kate Gosselin’s children celebrated their 21st birthday. On May 11, 2025, she shared a heartfelt post on her sextuplets’ birthday. The post featured four of her six children, Joel, Alexis, Leah, and Aaden.
She captioned the post:
“And just like that, they turned 21! Happy Birthday to my 6! #GosselinSextuplets.”
This post comes immediately after the birthday wish from 2024, where she wrote:
“No more teenagers in this house! Happy 20th birthday, my forever babies! I love you! Who feels old? I know I do! #20yearsold #ItsaPICKLE.”
The other two children from the sextuplets, Collin and Hannah, live with their father, Jon Gosselin. Kate and Jon got hitched in 1999 but parted ways in 2009. They also share twin daughters, Cara and Mady. According to Us Weekly, Kate Gosselin and Collin have a difficult relationship.
Last year, Collin shared a statement with The U.S. Sun, saying:
“So, first and foremost, my relationship with my brothers and sisters is of top priority to me. And I think the only way that my mother and I would be able to reconnect and fix our relationship in the future is, if she would just come forward with the truth and all the things that she has kept under wraps.”
Kate Gosselin and Jon ran a TV show named Jon & Kate Plus 8 from 2007 to 2017. However, following the couple’s separation, the show was renamed to Kate Plus 8. Jon also posted an Instagram showing a birthday celebration with Hannah.

Kate Gosselin’s twin daughter Mady is an alumna of Syracuse University. She has an active TikTok account where she throws a glimpse into her life. She had also spoken out about her relationship with Collin in the past.
Cara studied at Fordham University and is presently working as an analyst at Bank of America. According to First For Women, she does share a close relationship with her father.
Collin is presently a student at Penn State University and also has his own power-washing company. As mentioned, he has been open about his relationship with his mother and had previously alleged that he was a victim of abuse at her hands. Kate Gosselin had rejected those allegations.
He, along with Hannah, started living with their father in 2018. However, reports claim that she has a good relationship with her mother and other siblings. Hannah is studying at the University of Miami.
Alexis reportedly has a difficult relationship dynamic with her father. She had previously told People Magazine that she would like to work with animals in the future. The other sextuplet, Aaden, lives with Kate Gosselin, and not much is known about his personal life. However, he seems to be an animal lover and has a dog named Mak.
Joel Gosselin is reportedly not in touch with his father and also does not have a strong social media presence. However, he seems to enjoy being a prankster.
Leah has a TikTok account, and based on her posts, she seems to have a good relationship with her siblings. She occasionally turns to cooking and baking.
