"Always talks tough online but doesn't back it up in real life"-Internet reacts to Soulja Boy challenging DDG to a boxing match

Soulja Boy is taking things to the next level with a $10 million boxing fight against DDG.

The rapper is doubling down on his threats against Halle Bailey's estranged ex after he learned that the latter was allegedly physically and verbally abusive to the Little Mermaid actress. In his latest threats, he took to Instagram Live on May 15 to respond to the cavalier comments DDG made about him a few days ago, when he brushed off the former's initial threats.

In his tirade, he began by threatening the rapper's brother, Dub, and his sister, TeeTee, suggesting that they leave LA or they would have to face his wrath. He also slammed DDG for being a bad father and partner, noting that nothing will save him when the two come face to face.

Fans, however, are unconvinced. Droves have been flocking to X to ridicule Soulja, with many claiming he's the first to make threats but the last to follow through on them. Here's how one user reacted, for instance:

Scores online were visibly under the belief that Soulja Boy's comments were nothing but empty threats:

Even more joined the ongoing discourse to slam the rapper:

In his tirade on Instagram, Soulja Boy had some scathing words for DDG:

"By the time I get off tour, y'all fuck n***as ain't gone, n***a, I'm pushing up on your crib," Soulja Boy said, before lighting a blunt and turning his attention to DDG. "DDG, you a hoe. Halle don't want you. Your son don't wanna see you. You a bitch. I'm gon' beat yo muthaf*ckin' ass when I see you, and can't nothing stop it. N***a, can't nothing save you."

He then challenged the streamer to a duel and told him to bring his friends for backup, too:

"Call Adin Ross, n***a. Tell him, 'Put us in a ring.' I got 10 million cash, n***a. You cannot see me from the shoulders up, n***a. You a b*tch, n***a. You gon' die a b*tch, n***a. You was born a b*tch, n***a. You a p*ssy, n***a. You aint' never been in the streets, you ain't never shot nobody, you ain't never sold no dope. I done shot n***as before. You wanna get shot little n***a? Do you wanna get shot b*tch-ass n***a!? I didn't think so."

Soulja Boy also vowed to "smoke" his "b*tch-a*s," as well as Dub and his "whole crew." For the unversed, days ahead of the former's recent threats, DDG was accused of berating Halle Bailey, trespassing on her property, and being physically abusive with her.

In turn, she filed for a temporary restraining order, and the rapper is now mandated to keep 100 yards away from her. He is also prohibited from meeting their son, Halo, as she will now be taking him to Italy with her as she shoots a film there. Upon catching wind of the news, Soulja Boy took to X to slam DDG:

"You a b*tch ass n***a for putting yo hands on Halle lil n***a @PontiacMadeDDG," he wrote. "If I catch u I'm beating the fuk out u."

As for DDG, he has since responded to Soulja Boy's comments on May 15:

"You will never get to my level, ever in your life. Neither one of you n***as. Soulja Boy is begging for galaxies on TikTok as we speak."
