Are Love Island alums JaNa and Kenny Spark separated? All we know so far

JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez have been a real-life couple after having initially met on Love Island USA Season 6, though it appears that their relationship is on rocky ground. While there is no confirmation from either camp that the two have split, there is a trail of so-called "evidence" social media users are deeming as proof that the pair have indeed called it quits.

The first clues were hinted at on social media when Kenny scrubbed JaNa’s name from his Instagram bio. JaNa then unfollowed Kenny on Instagram, and shortly thereafter, former Love Island alums Serena Page and Leah Kateb followed suit.

It seemed that all was good a day prior when the pair appeared in Kenny’s Instagram stories dressed to kill in formal attire for an unknown event.

Love Island season 6 was the setting for the pair’s first interactions and subsequent romance. While they went through a rough patch during the season, they wound up placing third.

On her experiences at the time, and the upcoming seventh season of Love Island, JaNa shared exclusively with US Weekly that:

“You know what’s so crazy? When it first came out, it didn’t hit me. The first six months outside the villa, I don’t think it hit me. But now that it’s settled down and season 7 is coming, I was like, ‘My gosh, I did that last summer.’”

The couple decided to continue their relationship off-air and committed to each other long-distance once the season had wrapped. At the time, JaNA mentioned on The Viall Files podcast in July 2024 that:

“I don’t want to move [to Dallas] right away. I think we could do our own thing, change our work schedules so we can spend time [and do], like, a year of visiting each other — or less maybe — but me moving to Dallas right now would be crazy. He leaves [Los Angeles, where the podcast episode was taped] today and I’m so sad! It was like, ‘Oh, we’re gonna be good and FaceTime all the time.’”

She continued:

“But knowing that I’m [here] until Tuesday and he’s leaving today, I was like, ‘This sucks because we spent every day together for the past month and a half.’ It’s, like, we’re naturally best friends and partners. For him to leave, it’s super sad.”

In a Variety piece addressing Peacock’s Beyond the Villa (a Love Island spinoff), Kenny shared an update on the couple at the time:

“Since leaving the villa, it’s a big jump moving in together with someone, and I didn’t want it to be televised, especially the first time. So we rented rooms next to each other. Another aspect for me is privacy. When JaNa gets ready for events, she has a huge glam team. Usually, there’s somebody in there for wardrobe, and sometimes I don’t have the space to change and things like that. Granted, we were always together on the show. It was great to experience L.A. and to be with her in the same city.”

While it is currently unclear where the couple stands, it is important to wait for some firsthand information before jumping to any conclusions.
