A day after Isabella Ladera accused her ex-boyfriend, Beele, of leaking a sex video without her consent, Beele's legal team claimed that he "did not leak said material" or "disseminate" it.

Beele's whose legal name is Brandon de Jesus Lopez Orozco's reposted a statement by his group of attorneys who said,

"We reiterate that this matter affects all parties. Lopez Orozco is also a victim of the nonconsensual exposure of his privacy. We reject all forms of violence and will continue to use legal avenues for the full defense of his rights."

In the statement, Orozco's lawyers mentioned that they had begun legal action in his home country, Colombia, and in the United States against "those responsible for the obtaining, distribution, hosting, indexing, or monetization" of the video. The team also mentioned that they would be reporting the incident to US law enforcement formally, to "identify those responsible" for the leak.

What has Isabella Ladera said about Beele?

Internet personality Isabella Ladera, in an Instagram statement shared on September 9, which was translated from Spanish to English, accused her ex-boyfriend Beele of leaking a private video following their breakup in July 2024.

"I am profoundly devastated. An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent, an act that represents one of the cruelest betrayals I've lived."

Beele alleged that since the video was only available to be accessed by two people, her and Beele, it could only be Beele who leaked the clip.

"A person who lied to me from the start, who saw how I suffered painful consequences because of him, and still never stepped up to protect me."

While talking about how the leak has affected her privacy and her personally, Ladera said that "it goes against my dignity and has caused immense pain to me and my family."

She also called the leak "a form of violence towards women" and added,

"I am not the first, nor the only one. I am not the one to be ashamed in this story. The shame falls on the person who betrayed me. I am here, standing tall, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist."

Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera and Colombian singer Beele ended their relationship in late 2024. Ladera confirmed the breakup on social media, and shortly after, the pair unfollowed each other across various platforms.
