Actress Blake Lively is all set to attend the SXSW premiere of Paul Feig-directed Another Simple Favor on March 7, 2025. The film, starring Lively, Michele Morrone, Elizabeth Perkins, Anna Kendrick, and Henry Golding, is a sequel to A Simple Favor, released in 2018.
The news of Lively expecting to attend the premiere with Perkins, Morrone, Kendrick, and Golding was shared by Paul Feig to Variety. He said:
“We have almost the whole cast coming in, the old and the new.”
Feig also sang in praise of the It Ends With Us actress, calling it a dream to work with her. Speaking to the magazine outlet, he said:
“Blake is the greatest. I couldn’t love her more. She’s a dream to work with. She’s a great collaborator. She has amazing ideas and it open to everyone’s ideas. She’s a pro.”
The premiere for Another Simple Favor is scheduled at the Paramount Theater in Texas. Since her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, Feig has supported Blake Lively, as per Variety. Screenings for Another Simple Favor are scheduled to take place in New York City and Los Angeles as the film's release date on Amazon Prime approaches on May 1, 2025.

He said it was entertaining people through storytelling ensuring high quality of work. When asked about how he felt collaborating with Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick on Another Simple Favor, he said:
“Well, I mean we were so, we had so much fun on the first movie and I don’t normally do sequels but I just I love those characters so much and so it was really exciting to get back together with them and do this and then I am just excited for people to see the movie as weird as that is.”
Paul Feig mentioned that a lot of hard work went into the story and script to showcase something different. However, he noted that there might be twists and turns and some carryovers from the first movie.
