I love these creators and love this story and blessed to be in this wonderful space suit for so many years.”In December last year, Allen praised the script and called it a "clever story."“It’s a very, very clever story. I don’t really believe it’s about the money. I’m sure they want it to be a success, but that’s not why they did it. It’s really clever.”He further spoke about his five-hour session for the character."It was really a struggle to get, and then maybe two hours in, I was doing Buzz. I’m so blessed to be Buzz Lightyear, to be honest. It’s gonna be fun. I think we’re a year out. I’ve gotten up to the third act. We’ll do the third act. And then, we’ll go back and clean it. And then, I’ll do it about five more times. It’s a really good story, guys.”Besides Allen, the film also stars:Tom Hanks as WoodyJoan Cusack as JessieGreta Lee as LilypadMelissa Villaseñor as Karen BeverlyAnna FarisBlake Clark as Slinky DogJohn Ratzenberger as HammErnie Hudson as Combat CarlTony Hale as ForkyConan O'Brien as Smarty PantsThe film is produced by Lindsey Collins and focuses on Bonnie, who is now eight years old.
