Young Thug is going viral for backtracking on his offer to pay off Kevin McCall's $25,000 debt.

McCall took to the “Back On Figg” podcast recently to issue a heartfelt plea for help with his finances, despite being credited with having written several of Chris Brown's most famous hits, including “Deuces” and “Strip.” Shortly after, Young Thug offered to foot his bills.

In a new tweet on X, however, he seemingly rescinded his offer when he wrote:

"Sorry Mc lol ain no this was all happening kid."

Fans have since begun poking fun at the rapper and his antics, such as this one user who humorously penned on X:

"Bruh’s just saying anything atp"

The comments didn't end there:

"You made it worse lol," one user quipped.
"Had me in stitches, kid," someone else chimed in.
"Another miss," another quipped.
"n*gga is a known pathological liar," a fourth user opined.

See how the rest of X is reacting:

"Ni**a you did! Why you lie through ya mf teeth," one user dissed.
"That’s what happens when you mind other people business and don’t got the full story," someone else pointed out.
"you be in everybody business guh," another chimed in.
"McDonald’s always hiring," yet another joked.

Young Thug's offer to McCall explored:

During the podcast episode, McCall pointed out that he's living through a dire financial situation while Chris Brown is living lavishly.

“Why the f### I got an EBT card? And this n#### is at Breezy Bowl and made ninety-or-whatever-the-f###-million,” McCall said, visibly emotional. “Can I get $25K for them four songs I owe you, bro?” Through tears, he added, “That s### ain’t fair, bro!”

Young Thug initially chimed in with help when he penned on X:

“Kevin McCall hit me my n####, I’ll give u the 25k u need, and i no CB would give it to u also bro he a real one. N##### is busy sometimes brada.”

However, Young Thug has since seemingly rescinded his help. As of this writing, his reasoning remains unclear.

As for Chris Brown, he seemingly acknowledged this sentiment on his Instagram Stories not long after, when he penned, without name-dropping McCall:

“Remember this: you can’t walk across a burnt bridge. And you know what’s funnier than a troll? A BROKE ONE."

Brown and McCall have reportedly long been feuding, despite having worked together on several hit tracks in the early 2010s. Between 2014 and 2016, per AllHipHop, McCall alleged that Brown withheld royalties from him. He also pushed for a meeting to sort things out, though the singer slammed him online instead. He called him a “bottom feeder” and threatened him with violence instead.
