'Courthouse bride' - Kourtney Kardashian celebrates third anniversary of her Santa Barbara wedding to Travis Barker

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker seem to have a rather idyllic, if not overly public, married life. Recently, the couple reached a significant milestone together as they celebrated the third anniversary of their marriage.

Kardashian ensured that she and Travis Barker would have a multi-part wedding. This included what the pair dubbed a "practice" in Las Vegas, an official legal ceremony that was held in Santa Barbara, and lavish nuptials the pair shared with their closest friends and family in Italy.

Kourtney shared a carousel of images of the pair to commemorate the occasion alongside a caption that read “Courthouse bride.”

In Til Death Do Us Part, Kourtney & Travis, a special show centered on their pending nuptials at the time, the couple shared that their family ties played a significant role in the pair’s decision to hold the ceremony in Santa Barbara. This allowed everyone who was important enough to the couple to attend to take some part in the proceedings. Kourtney shared as part of the show that,

"My grandma and your dad being there as the only people there because they couldn't fly to Italy.” Travis added, "That was as traditional as everybody else's wedding could've been. Everything, the car, convertible Cadillac, cans on the car, Santa Barbara was special."

The pair have a total of seven children as of November 2023, when they welcomed Rocky to the world. The youngest of all the children, Rocky is also the only one shared by Kourtney and Travis. Kardashian has sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope from her previous relationship with Scott Disick. Similarly, Barker has a son, Landon, and a daughter, Alabama, from a previous relationship with Shanna Moakler, along with a stepdaughter named Atiana as well.

Just days prior to Kourtney’s most recent post, it was Travis who took to social media to share a loving message about his loved ones. For Mother’s Day, the former Blink-182 drummer shared a heartfelt caption alongside a carousel of images of his blended family.

“Happy Mother’s Day @kourtneykardash. Thank you for being such a great Mom and taking such good care of our family. We love you so much.”

A few shots even provided a rare look into that star couples’ private life with glimpses of baby Rocky included, though Travis was careful to ensure that none of the images showed his face.
