David Geffen and David Armstrong's messy divorce battle is nearing its end.

TMZ has reported that the estranged spouses' messy divorce battle saw either party agree to officially dissolve their union in documents submitted in court on Friday, November 7. They have also reached a settlement in matters concerning their property and partnership, though details about the same remain scarce. They also gave the court authority to rule on matters where they are incongruent.

TMZ has further reported that both Armstrong, 32, and Geffen, 82, have agreed to submit documents about their income and expenses, despite Geffen previously pushing back on the same. In the past, Armstrong wanted his estranged beau to open up about his finances so that he could demand his fair share of spousal support.

Everything we know about David Armstrong and David Geffen's messy divorce battle:

The Daily Mail has reported that David Armstrong, legally known as Donovan Michaels, is a former go-go dancer. His and David Geffen's marital union lasted just 23 months, as they met in 2020 and got hitched in March 2023.

Armstrong, who married David Geffen without a prenuptial agreement in place, previously alleged that the latter is not giving him his fair share of spousal support. He also claimed that Geffen would spend a staggering '$3m every month' in living expenses during their time together, adding that the latter is trying to 'aggressively limit' his access to both temporary and permanent spousal support.

Furthermore, he pointed out Geffen's $9 billion net worth according to Forbes, and his current roles as a 'venture capitalist, high-level investor, and power broker,' despite being retired. In his filing from over the weekend, Michaels claimed that Geffen

'solicited Donovan when he was a vulnerable young foster care graduate and thereafter perpetrated physical, emotional, and psychological harm on him.'

However, David Geffen has pushed back by contending that he already shelled out $400K for Michaels since they parted ways, and that he has been living rent-free at his $15K-per-month apartment in NYC.

He also claimed that he is trying to dissolve their union, though Michaels is allegedly trying to delay this. Page Six has reported that in an amended income and expense declaration, David Geffen wrote “N/A” under his monthly income, investment income, and assets. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ that Geffens' added "financial conflicts" would be solved in private during mediation.

Back in June, a month after Geffen filed for divorce, Armstrong alleged that his former beau paid him thousands for intimacy and groomed him.

“It was a sick game. Michaels became a prop in Geffen’s theater of virtue, paraded around as evidence of Geffen’s supposed altruism, while privately used as a sexual commodity,” the lawsuit claimed at the time.

Armstrong also alleged that Geffen often hired adult workers of both genders during their “sexually-open marital lifestyle,” and “plied” him with illicit substances, including cocaine, molly, and cannabis. However, David Geffen's attorney refuted these claims, noting they would be “vigorously and righteously defending against this false, pathetic lawsuit.”
