The event took place at the Westchester estate of Nicola’s father, Nelson Peltz. Reports indicate that the Beckham family was not invited to the ceremony.

David and Victoria only learned about the vow renewal after it was shared online. None of Brooklyn’s siblings, grandparents, or close relatives from the Beckham side attended.

This has reportedly caused more tension between Brooklyn and his family. As per a report published on Daily Mail on August 12, 2025, David and Victoria Beckham were 'heartbroken' since they were excluded from the ceremony.

Photos and videos posted by Brooklyn and Nicola showed only her family and friends. Nelson Peltz is said to have led the ceremony. In the past, David Beckham played an important role in Brooklyn’s wedding.

Insiders told the Sun that that David and Victoria Beckham viewed this as a major snub. Even close relatives, like Victoria’s niece Liberty, were excluded despite having been a bridesmaid at the couple’s 2022 wedding.

Brooklyn neither invited nor informed his parents before the event.

Sources indicate the family learned about it through social media posts made after the ceremony. These posts showed Brooklyn and Nicola with captions like “Only love” and “Forever my girl.” Fans have noticed the Beckham family’s absence in the pictures, with many viewing the event as a sign of ongoing distance between Brooklyn and his family.
